How We Review Websites
Every website submitted to FreeSiteBackLink goes through a review process before appearing in our directory. This page explains what we check and why.
Why We Review Submissions
A directory is only useful if the websites listed in it are genuine, functional and relevant to their category. Without review, directories quickly fill with spam, broken links and low-quality content. Our review process exists to protect visitors and ensure that every listing in our directory provides real value.
What We Check
When reviewing a website submission, our team considers the following:
Does the website work?
We verify that the website loads correctly, has no major errors and is accessible to visitors.
Does it provide real content?
We check that the website offers actual content, services or functionality rather than being a placeholder or parked domain.
Is the category relevant?
We make sure the website actually fits the category it's been submitted under.
Is it understandable?
We check that the website's purpose is clear and that visitors can navigate and use it.
Is the content safe?
We review submissions for misleading content, malware, phishing attempts and other safety concerns.
Is it a duplicate?
We reject duplicate submissions. Only one listing per website is allowed.

- Website that are primarily designed to manipulate search rankings
