By accessing or using the BacklinkPro platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Description of Service

BacklinkPro is a platform that facilitates backlink exchanges between website owners. Users can list their websites and agree to place backlinks to other users' websites.

3. User Responsibilities

As a user, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when registering
• Maintain the backlink on your website as agreed
• Not use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

4. Payment Terms

A one-time fee of $5 is required to activate each website listing. This fee is non-refundable. Admins may add websites for users without payment at their discretion.

5. Backlink Requirements

Backlinks must be placed on the root domain of your website and must be dofollow links. If a backlink is removed, your listing will be marked as inactive until restored.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users.

7. Limitation of Liability

BacklinkPro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms of Service.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
